- Our solid frame is much stronger than those frames which are in two pieces and slide together. It's more difficult for us to ship it; however, we will not sacrifice strength as most other companies do.
- Our Double Pulley System assures effortless opening and closing.
- Our Ribs are 7/8" x 1-1/4" Construction for superior strength.
- We use an oil-based finish on our Ash and Mahogany umbrellas. We use "Behr" adding extra protection against the elements. Our stain will not crack or peel like marine spar varnish and may be easily reapplied.
- We hand rub tour Teak umbrella with Teak oil to protect and bring out the color and grain of the wood.
- We use 100% Sunbrella Acrylic fabric utilizing a two-piece top with an extra large vent to insure stability in breezy conditions.
- Our solid pole comes equipped with a 10" aluminum protective sleeve. This sleeve slides into the umbrella base. Without the sleeve, water would come in contact with the wood causing it to swell and distort making it impossible to remove.
- Our horizontally multi-laminated pineapple provides superior strength. Our Ash umbrella uses an oak pineapple, the mahogany uses a mahogany pineapple and the Teak uses a Teak pineapple.
All umbrellas are available in all shapes...square, rectangular and octagonal and a variety of sizes.
