The highly durable frames have been designed to withstand harsh coastal conditions. The thatch itself has a 4 to 5 year life span (varies depending on climate), after which the frame may be rethatched with new thatch panels. With 99% waterproofing, no maintenance, and much cooler shade than typical canvas umbrellas, thatch umbrellas are perfect for all your indoor and outdoor needs. Purchase one of our kits or buy the thatch and build your own! Supplied in kit form, these assemble in 2 to 8 hours depending on the size of your umbrella or bar. Manufactured from genuine South African Thatch Reed, exotic Asian wood and bamboo materials. Withstands strong winds.
