"... I can also say that in my 13 years in aquatics, our facilities have gone through several umbrellas in one season. I originally ordered one of these umbrellas in Sept. of 2007. This umbrella stays outside in our guard tower everyday and withstands rain, sun, and wind. The true test of this umbrella was when we unusually had 100mph winds, yes 100mph. At this time the umbrella was not opened but withstood staying closed elevated 5 feet off the ground with no protection from the storm.
